Dear ACE Tutoring community,

Well, we didn’t expect this so soon! We know that this new Level 3 will affect all of our families in a range of ways and we are thinking of you all. Katherine is currently heading down to Wellington to drop our daughter off for the start of her university – a little earlier than expected, and not via a flight as originally planned! If you would like to contact her, you may not get an immediate response on the phone but feel free to leave a message or email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

In the meantime, here is what will be happening with ACE Tutoring this week:

– In line with schools being closed, ACE will be closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will also remain closed Thursday as either Level 3 will continue or you will need that time to get your children back into the routine of school. We will let you know about Saturday once the government advises on any Level extension.
– Your prepaid sessions during Monday to Thursday this week will be credited for future use during this or next term to suit you.
– Due to the setup needed for online lessons, we will not transfer students to ACE Online just for these four days. However, if your child has already been learning online with us, we will teach them as usual at their scheduled time unless we hear from you.
– You may receive (or have received) a lesson reminder for a session. Please disregard these as they were sent out before the Level 3 was announced.

Best wishes to you and your family,

Evan and Katherine
